yeah for camping!
inspired by sloanie's posts about camping, here is my latest adventure. there's a kid here who owns some property southeast of cedar - it's a beautiful piece of land. so mini and i and five others went camping up there last weekend. complete with dutch oven potatoes. (it's not quite prawns and pork, but it was still pretty good.)

Dude.... dutch oven. I think that's on the list of things to get to enhance the camping experience. We've pretty much done the tin foil thing enough and need something different.
Nice pics! Somehow they have more of a feel of camping outdoors than the ones I usually take. Guess I need to get out and get a better vantage point on the scenery to take some pics, eh?

mike - i highly recommend the dutch oven. it took some time to get things goin but it was worth the wait.
and rene - it probably has something to do with the fact that you live over 300 miles away (from Cedar, at least).
